RICHARD C. DAY Chairman and CEO Mr. Day has been in the hospitality and club industries his entire 30 year career. Prior to founding the Hospitality Resource Group International, Mr. Day was Vice President of a club consulting and management company and was General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for several country clubs in the mid-Atlantic area. He also held management positions with Disney World in Orlando, Florida, the Sonesta Hotel Corporation and the Doral Resort & Country Club. He has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars and has conducted many training, and transformational leadership seminars (the art of managing change). He also teaches businesses and organizations the true value of delivering exceptional service, internally and externally.

SEENA HAMILTON Principal Ms. Hamilton has been called by some a "marketing genius". At the age of 22, she was Publicity Director of MGM records. She then became editor and publisher of the "Hotel Gazette", which led to extensive work in the hotel and tourism industry, where she is considered a leading authority. She has been featured speaker on the hotel lecture circuit and has consulted for several leading hotel organizations including Hilton, Sheraton and Los Monteros. She has also provided consulting services and generated outstanding publicity for numerous national and international companies, such as Coca Cola, Ford Motor Company, Omega Watch Company, Reebok International, and the House of Seagrams, just to name a few. Ms. Hamilton has represented clients at many of the world's premiere events: the Olympic Games, The Super Bowl, The Goodwill Games, Wimbledon and the U.S. Open just to name a few. Her influence in the marketplace has been so strong, that Ms. Hamilton has received dozens of citations (from the White House, Foreign Governments, and Cable TV, among others) and awards from USA Today and New York Woman Magazine. RICHARD FLANDREAU Principal Mr. Flandreau is an accomplished hospitality industry professional, experienced in private country clubs, yacht clubs, hotels, fine dining and other restaurant environments. He has a record of excellence in devising and implementing productivity and cost improvements that contribute to positive financial results while improving member/guest services. He has been in the business for 16 years and is a well respected executive in the field. He specializes in turnaround of under-performing operations, implementing purchasing and inventory control systems that lower operating costs, establishment of policies that recruit, develop and retain employees, and reducing labor costs through structured training programs and efficient staff deployment. He has extensive experience in food service environments in both the front and back of the house. |

ROB PENLAND Principal Mr. Penland is a second-generation hospitality professional and brings to our clients a unique insight into the resort and country club business. He was the successful owner/operator of one of South Carolina’s finest leisure club and resort properties. Mr. Penland has firsthand experience in club and resort operations. His background includes grounds and golf course maintenance, food and beverage, accounting, and hotel management. He specializes in strategic planning, member/guest surveys, operations, and staffing issues. |

MARCIA BRADLEY President – Hotel Divisioin
Marcia Bradley is one of the most respected and experienced hospitality consultants in the hotel/resort, food service industries. During her outstanding career, Marcia has provided consulting services to a who’s who of hospitality clients, including Marriott, International, Coca Cola, Eastman Kodak, the NFL, the Olympics, Hilton Hotels, The Caribbean Hotel Association, Carnival Cruise Lines, “21” and the Russian Tea Room, just to name a few. Her expertise in processes and training initiatives has led to her extensive demand as a featured speaker at a wide variety of hospitality venues. In addition, she has authored numerous publications relating to service excellence. She has also developed motivational programs and has achieved remarkable results for her many clients over the years. As President of The Hospitality Resource Group International’s Hotel Division, Marcia delivers unquestioned results to HRG International clients. NANCY PLATE Senior Vice-President - Training/Membership North Carolina Office Ms. Plate is a highly accomplished hospitality professional with senior level background in management, operations, and marketing. She served as Vice-President of Club development for Futren Corporation, a country club and city club development and management company, and was President of Club services, Futren;s club consulting division. She also was part of a development team developing and opening city clubs and country clubs throughout the United States. Additionally, Nancy traveled the country as consultant for golf course acquisitions for Jim Colbert Golf, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Further accomplishments include providing quality assurance audits for four star resort properties throughout the U.S. In her position as Senior Vice-President for The Hospitality Resource Group International, Nancy supports our country club, city club, and resort services, specializing in Member surveys, dealing with Member satisfaction and renovations planning. She also performs operations audits, development of minimum standards, staff training, and Membership development. |

RICHARD FURIONI Senior Vice-President - Operations North Carolina office Richard Furioni has extensive experience in all facets of hospitality management. He has owned three successful restaurants, operated and administered club and recreation systems for the military, as well as supervising food and beverage operations for Ramada Inns, including a large nightclub. He has also successfully directed operations of private country clubs as General Manager. His specialty includes increasing the financial posture of club operations, developing cost controls, analyzing the cost-effectiveness of programs, instituting successful staff training programs and revitalizing food operations. Mr. Furioni's expertise also includes clubhouse and kitchen renovation, new design construction and golf course renovation, design and construction. |

KEN WAMPLER Vice President of Resort Services Washington DC corporate offices. Mr. Wampler, in his capacity as Director of Resort Services, provides direct hands-on operations analysis for our clients. In addition, he has management expertise in resort and club lodging having served as Lodging Manager for Amelia Island Plantation, Rooms Division Manager for a leading Florida destination and hotel property and Resort Manager for a leading Florida Resort, where, as a result of his training programs, record occupancy levels were achieved. In addition, he was Club Operations Manager for Palm Coast Golf Resort where he was directly responsible for sales of club memberships at five golf courses, an 80 slip marina, a world-class tennis facility, all resort family recreational activities, and full service club restaurants. He dramatically increased the membership of a 2,200-member club by 1,530 members. |

JO LYNN LOCKLEY Executive Vice-President San Francisco Office Ms. Lockley, for many years was the owner and President of the Chef's Professional Agency. Ms. L:ockley, who spent 15 years working in Europe holds a Masters Degree from the University of California at Berkeley. She was first involved in the firm as a contact and resource for European Chefs. Ms. Lockley returned to the United States in 1985 to run the Chef's Professional Agency. Through Ms. Lockley, HRGI offers its clients access to the finest Chefs, food and beverage management professionals and Sommeliers. Ms. Lockley is a member of the James Beard Foundation, the San Francisco Professional Food Society and the Golden Gate Restaurant Association. |
